Suggested dippers: cucumber slices, carrot sticks or celery!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 ripe avocados, mashed
  • ½ bunch kale, finely chopped
  • juice of 1 lime
  • ¼ small red onion, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • fresh cilantro leaves, minced
  • 1 Roma tomato (optional)
  • 1 jalapeño, minced (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste
