INGREDIENTS
4 cups of old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup of steel-cut oats
1 cup of chopped pecans
1/4 cup of ground flaxseed
1/4 cup of hulled hemp seeds
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup maple syrup
3/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Pour all the wet ingredients over the dry mix and stir until mixed well. Spread the mixture onto a sheet pan. and Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes and watch closely to avoid burning. Let the sheet pan cool for at least an hour and then crumble into small bits. Store in an airtight container.
