INGREDIENTS
- 2 Cups of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut
- 1 cup unsweetened peanut butter
- 1/2 cup of honey (or maple syrup)
- 1/2 cup of mini dark chocolate chips
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl until sticky and well blended. Use a one tablespoon measuring spoon to measure mixture into balls and refrigerate directly afterwards for 30 minutes then serve.
